Free Ground Shipping
This option applies to all orders $79.00 or more to the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. The entire order must total $79.00 before processing/taxes. Type in the promotional code: FREESHIP upon checkout. *Not to be combined with any other promotional offers. *Free shipping does not apply to gourmet food items.
Currently, the entire order must be shipped to one location. Customers in Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico, and Alaska (AK) must choose either UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air service since UPS Ground service is not available to these areas. All orders submitted with Ground Shipping to these areas will be automatically upgraded to 2nd Day Air at extra charge. NOTE: We do not ship to Post Office boxes and all items shipped may require an adult signature for delivery.
Red Carpet Gift Boutique offers UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping options with delivery anywhere in the United States. We do offer international shipping on most of our items, please contact us for details.

Custom Orders
Special order and imported items may take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. See the Product Description and the Availability on that specific item for the shipping details.
Gourmet Food
Due to climate variations across the country, certain shipping times may vary. If a shipping issue should arise, we will contact you directly to ensure your order is of premium quality upon arrival. Gourmet Food items typically ship within 2-3 business days (includes processing time). The "Gourmet Food Shipping" option must be selected during checkout.
*Delays due to weather or "acts of God" will be handled on a case by case basis.

*If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available. You will be notified if one of your items is on backorder.
