How do I place an order?
It’s Easy! Simply click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the “quantity” box and then click the “add to basket” button. From here you can either click “keep shopping” or “checkout”. If you are ready to checkout, you will be prompted to complete the “shipping information” and “payment information” fields. Then you will be shown your “order review” and “confirmation”.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Are you a secure shopping site?
Absolutely. Red Carpet Gift Boutique uses the highest level of encryption tools and authentication tools in the industry to protect the security of your credit card information. Every page that requests credit card information uses SSL (Secured Socket Layer), a 128-bit encryption which renders information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers, the personal information submitted to us is only stored on Yahoo! secured servers. All credit card numbers are deleted after 30 days and no unauthorized parties can access this information.

Do you charge taxes?
Taxes are calculated at the rate of 7% for Ohio residents only.

Can I purchase items for delivery outside of the United States?
Yes. At this time we do offer international shipping, please contact us with your address and the item you are interested in and we will provide you with an approximate delivery date and shipping fee.

What is your return policy?

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:

At Red Carpet Gift Boutique our service to you, our customer, is our first priority! We stand behind our products and our service to you. If you are not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will resolve the issue for you. We will exchange your item or issue you a credit or refund. All Jewelry purchases must be returned within 14 days from the time of delivery.

(Monogrammed or personalized items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged. Flowers or plants are not eligible for exchange or refund after 7 days. Additionally, we are not able to refund gift box or wrapping charges.)

RETURNS:

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

1. Repack the gift in it's original package with the packing slip.

2. Obtain a RN Code (Return Number) by calling us at 866-690-5789 between the hours of 9am-6pm EST.

3. Include the RN Code in the return shipping address, see example below:

*For your security, please return your gift with an insured carrier (UPS, FedEX, USPS) and retain your receipt. RCGB is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

*If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective, RCGB will provide you a prepaid UPS label.

*Because we process our orders daily, cancellations must be made by 9pm EST on the day the order is placed.
